1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DROPIKGO platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. For Customers

  • You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Orders may be cancelled from the app before a driver picks them up
  • Checkout supports cash on delivery and bank transfer (internet banking)

4. For Partners

  • Partners must maintain valid business licenses and accurate pickup location details
  • Food must meet local health and safety standards
  • You must respond to orders promptly and keep menu information accurate
  • DROPIKGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

Commission Agreement

DROPIKGO applies platform commission on completed food sales and applicable delivery fees for partners. Current rates are communicated during onboarding and may change with reasonable notice. Partner payouts are processed through the platform according to your vendor agreement and bank details on file.

For drivers, platform commission applies to completed delivery fees. Earnings are tracked in your driver earnings balance, and payout requests are processed through the platform.

5. For Drivers

  • Drivers must maintain valid licenses, vehicle details, and required documents
  • Platform commission applies to delivery fees on completed jobs
  • Earnings and payout requests are managed through your driver earnings balance
