Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DROPIKGO platform — including food delivery, parcel delivery, ride hailing, vehicle rentals, and the marketplace — you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. For Customers

• You must provide accurate delivery/pickup address, contact information, and (for rides) pickup and drop-off points
• Orders, rides, parcels, and rental bookings may be cancelled from the app before they are accepted, picked up, or confirmed, subject to the cancellation rules shown for that service
• Checkout supports cash on pickup or bank transfer (internet banking) — delivery orders and bookings require internet banking; pickup allows either
• Refund requests for eligible orders can be submitted after delivery or cancellation and are reviewed by DROPIKGO before approval

4. For Partners

• Partners must maintain valid business licenses and accurate pickup location details, including village and city
• Food Partners must meet local health and safety standards
• Vehicle rental Partners must keep listings, availability, and blackout dates accurate and up to date
• You must respond to orders or bookings promptly and keep menu or listing information accurate
• DROPIKGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

5. Parcel Delivery

Parcel delivery is operated directly by DROPIKGO rather than through a Partner. Requests are reviewed before being offered to Drivers, and the recipient confirms handoff with a QR code shown in the app. Senders are responsible for accurately describing package size and contents; DROPIKGO may decline to carry prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items.

Commission Agreement

DROPIKGO applies platform commission on completed sales and applicable delivery fees for food, vehicle rental, and marketplace Partners. Current rates are communicated during onboarding and may change with reasonable notice. Partner payouts are processed through the platform according to your vendor agreement and bank details on file.

For drivers, platform commission applies to completed delivery, parcel, and ride fees. Earnings are tracked in your driver earnings balance, and payout requests are processed through the platform. DROPIKGO operates parcel delivery directly, so parcel jobs have no Partner commission — only driver earnings apply.

6. For Drivers

• Drivers must maintain valid licenses, vehicle details, and required documents
• Drivers accept food delivery, parcel delivery, and ride-hailing jobs, and must operate within the vehicle type and passenger capacity shown for each ride
• Platform commission applies to delivery, parcel, and ride fees on completed jobs
• Earnings and payout requests are managed through your driver earnings balance
