Welcome to DROPIKGO. DROPIKGO ("we," "our," or "us") is a multi-purpose delivery and on-demand services platform. DROPIKGO initially launches as a food delivery service connecting customers with local restaurant and store Partners ("Partners") and delivery drivers ("Drivers"), but may expand into additional services including parcel delivery, ride services, rentals, shopping assistance, and other logistics or on-demand solutions.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your information when you use the DROPIKGO mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using DROPIKGO, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
User Types
DROPIKGO users include Customers, Delivery Drivers ("Drivers"), and Partner merchants ("Partners"). This Privacy Policy applies to all user types, and additional data practices may apply depending on your role in the platform.
1. Age Requirement
DROPIKGO is intended for users aged 16 years and older.
By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years old; or
- You have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to create accounts or use DROPIKGO. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, we may delete the information and suspend or remove the account.

The types of information collected may vary depending on which DROPIKGO services you use, including food delivery, parcel delivery, ride services, rental services, or other future platform features.
A. Account Information

B. Delivery and Order Information

C. Location Information
With your permission, DROPIKGO may collect real-time or approximate location information to match customers with Drivers, track deliveries, improve delivery accuracy, calculate delivery fees, and provide navigation assistance. You may disable location permissions in your device settings, but some features may not function properly.
For Drivers: When you are online as a Driver, we may collect continuous location data, including in the background, to assign deliveries, optimize routes, calculate fares, and ensure delivery completion.
D. Device and Technical Information
- Device type, operating system, IP address, browser type
- App version, device identifiers, crash logs and diagnostics
- Usage analytics
E. Communications
We may collect information when you contact customer support, submit reviews or ratings, participate in promotions or surveys, or communicate with Partners or Drivers through the platform.
F. Driver Information (if applicable)
If you register or operate as a Driver, we may collect additional information including:

Payments made through DROPIKGO may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information on our servers unless specifically required for payment processing and security purposes. Third-party payment providers may collect and process payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and security standards.
For Drivers: We may collect and process information related to Driver earnings tracking, payout processing via third-party providers or bank transfer, and tax or compliance reporting where applicable by law.
5. Sharing of Information
A. With Partners
We share necessary order and customer information with restaurant or store Partners so they can prepare and fulfill orders.
B. With Drivers
We share limited information with Drivers to complete deliveries, including customer name, delivery address, contact information, and order details necessary for delivery.
C. Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party providers who help us operate our Services, including cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics, customer support, communication services, and mapping providers.
D. Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, safety, or property, or prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.
E. Business Transfers
If DROPIKGO is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Data Retention and Storage
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our Services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. DROPIKGO may store customer, Partner, and Driver information on secure cloud-based servers. When information is no longer required, we may securely delete, anonymize, or de-identify it.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect your information, including encrypted communications, secure authentication, restricted staff access, firewall and server protections, and monitoring for unauthorized activity.
